You Pay Nothing Unless You Win

Almost all of our cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. In other words, you don’t pay anything unless you win. Attorney fees and case expenses will be deducted from the final amount recovered after a trial verdict or other favorable resolution. You can hire lawyers without having to pay any upfront costs for litigation with this system.

We understand that when you need an attorney like us, it can often be a difficult time in your life. A person who has been wrongfully terminated or injured by someone else’s negligence cannot afford to hire an attorney to prosecute their case. Thus, this law firm’s fees and expenses during litigation (including those of court reporters and expert witnesses) are covered until the case is resolved. Based on the facts of the case, the percentage of the contingency fee may vary.

Extremely professional service. This was the first time I have dealt with any type of lawsuit and Zack made me feel as if I was his only client. He answered any question or concern I expressed, and even though he represented me, the entire firm became involved when necessary. Hopefully I will never need this type of service again, but if a situation arose I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing legal advice.

Employment Discrimination

The Civil Rights Act guarantees all employees a discrimination-free hiring process and working environment. However, some employers still discriminate against their employees based on their sex, gender, race, ethnicity, and other factors, despite this law. Employers and other responsible parties can be held liable for employment discrimination if you have been a victim.

Why Do You Need an Attorney?

It is possible to file an employment discrimination claim without an attorney. Case dismissals and delays can result from errors in your claim. Your initial claim may be successful, but you may still have to go to court to face a company with vast financial resources, where it can be difficult to stand on an equal footing.

The benefits of working with a skilled employment discrimination attorney go beyond helping you file a claim. Additionally, legal assistance can help you determine whether you have a case, familiarize you with relevant employment laws, and assist you in court, representing you to help you earn your full compensation.

Whistleblower

Private citizens can establish a legal claim against a company or other entity that commits fraud against the government. If the suit is successful, whistleblowers can also receive a financial reward when they help the government correct and recover fraud.

Qui Tam and the False Claims Act

Upon discovering evidence of fraud by a company or entity, private citizens can file qui tam claims on behalf of the federal government. The federal False Claims Act can be violated by committing the following violations:

  • Fraudulently presenting government claims for payment.
  • Falsely claiming that the government will pay a claim based on a false record or statement.
  • Making a false or fraudulent claim to the government with the help of others.
  • Utilizing false records or statements to avoid or reduce an obligation to pay money or transfer property to the government.

A private citizen may file a qui tam claim on behalf of the government as a result of any of these actions.
